Live in the city. Have a rural lake house for the weekends.
I'm lucky enough to work from home several days out of the week. I'm not sure I would want a 60 minute commute every day. Feels like I already barely get to see my kid in the afternoons after work already. I want to be around as much as possible while he still wants me around.
