Well once all the information comes out then we'll know for sure what happened. But I find it hard to believe that UA would cover it up. Why would a school with its massive booster club out its neck on the line for one guy? That would be financial suicide.
If the PD and ER did in fact botch the investigation, they should be fired and face charges.

I know a name on this list personally. Keith and Janet bennett. Their son, kyle played football at alabama in 2005.
