But I wonder if anyone has ever thought about adjusting the numbers. I mean we had those thug piece of shits from lafy come to town as tourist earlier this year that shot several people.

Not saying the tourist are the main people committing crimes, but the influx of tourists in the city would make th population larger which wouldn't show up in th per capita numbers.....
