I don't know whether offer lists are any more reliable in December than June, in part b/c I don't know how they are comp0lied and I don't know if they are verified.
Stars are at least allocated on someone's personal evaluation.
If offer list is compiled by asking the athlete or his coach, then that is pretty unreliable information. This may only reflect indications of interest, not offers, for example.
Does anyone know how offer lists are compiled?
