I am a frequent business traveler and almost exclusively fly Southwest. I am guaranteed "A list" boarding, so never have a bin space issue. The main culprits for using more than their share of overhead bin space are male business travelers. They are able to carry more than women and take advantage of that to avoid checking bags.
