re: Mandeville to consider banning smoking in bars

Michigan is smoke-free statewide, except for the casinos. I'm a bit torn on this. The arenas seem to accommodate the smokers really well with designated places outside. But, like you say, not every bar has a sweet patio area for the smokers. I get the arguments for the pregnant bartender who shouldn't have to suck down smoke every night, but the free market part of me doesn't like to see this legislated.
