"voluntary" in a carrot on the stick way. Dangle a lump sum (more than a thousand.. More like 10k) in front of them and say "get sterilized and you get this" to those who live at or under the poverty line with 2 kids.

It would give the poor a lump sum they can use to better their lives (lol it would undoubtedly go to tvs, rims, alcohol, etc), as well as ensure that the irresponsible leech is unable to produce more irresponsible leeches.

Something NEEDS to be done to cut down the birth rate of poors and those who are net negatives on society. All welfare does is enable leeches to reproduce with no real consequences.

Call it what you will, call me what you will. I really don't care. People who are net negatives on society do not deserve the right to reproduce past 2 kids. Really, they don't deserve kids at all.
