100% right. Imagine having to go to work 15+ days in a row while flying in and out of a bunch of different cities. And before people say baseball players only have to work three hours, that's completely not true. They have to get to the ballpark at least four or five hours before the game starts so they're always working 8+ hours a day. Their schedules are absolutely brutal.
That's true but but in baseball they play a series so you have a few days at least in each city. With the NBA on a road trip you are constantly flying around every day. From one city to the next to he next to the next each day all in a row. And basketball players don't usually have nights off like baseball players.

Baseball players are routinely given nights off. Much of the game involves standing around or sitting. Pitching is tough, but starters only go maybe once a week, and relievers only pitch an inning or two. Baseball is a much more easy-going game compared to basketball.

The baseball season is long but I don't think there is any question that the NBA season is more grueling.

Think about it this way... if you played 2 to 3 hours of basketball for a workout, that would be a pretty intense exercise session. If you played 3 hours of baseball, I'm not even sure you would qualify that as exercise.

NBA plays about 3 games a week and MLB is about 6 games a week. MLB takes away your social life and is pretty much an everyday job. NBA is worse on the body but isn't near as life consuming as the MLB. I would rather have to do the NBA lifestyle than the MLB lifestyle.

Yeah but in the NBA you have a ton of stoppage of play between media time outs, free throws, ect. The NBA season is also like 9 months long to play 100 games if you win it all and baseball is like 6-7 months to play 200 to win it all. Baseball is so gruelling because there is no time to recover.

I really think they are pretty even. In baseball you are never really "tired" as in like spring tired, but you're body just aches. Basketball after a game you are going to be more time, but by the next game you'll be somewhat recovered.

I also think hockey gets a little too much credit. It's tough, no, doubt, but they play like 45 seconds at a time. They are just tough as hell and play if they are hurt.
