I blame this on all of the yooths being fat gamer kids.

This is great news, especially for the black community. Single parent households is easily the most glaring impediment to success in this country, and it's been epidemic in that community for decades.

The pussification of America is a real thing. Homo numbers up, feminist numbers up, "sexual assault" hysteria in the media up, white guilt up, # of drag queens celebrated WAY up, dolphinkin up. Bottom line is there's just less pots to piss in and less red blooded dudes!

Careful wording.. I'd bet teen pregnancy is actually higher, but this generation gets to abort guilt free.
just think for one second of all the problems it leads to. look at the things that are bad in this country and think of who is causing them.
our prisons are not filled with people who grew up with traditional two-parent families. our social services and welfare are not being used by traditional two-parent families.
when one teenage girl has one child that she isn't able to care for, its very often the start of a vicious cycle for everyone involved, it can effect the entire community around her, and that cycle usually branches off and keeps going and going from there.

This is undoubtedly a real thing. Camille Paglia talks about it: males are still born with 8-10 the testosterone level of females and the more we supress masculinity as a society, the more those hormones come out in ugly form: violent video games, overeating, child molestation, "sexual assault", ISIS...

I work in an inner city middle school and can tell you it's because of the rape culture in the black community leading to homosexuality. The homosexuality rates have increased rapidly over the last decade. You have black men/young men raping/molesting black youths at an alarming rate and shouldn't be surprised when the victims of these crimes turn out gay. Last year half of the girls in 8th grade at my school were openly gay. I witnessed a 15 year old molesting a 9 year old 3 days ago! It's not a PC agenda to talk about the sexual attrocities that are WAY, WAY, WAY higher in the black community, but instead we say that we live in a rape culture. No, THEY live in a rape culture. And I feel sorry for them, but until we can have honest conversation's it ain't changing!

is that correct?

Uh, part of the report is about supposed increases in abstinence.
Abstinence in the face of a full education about sex and the consequences is their choice.
Abstinence-only education increases neither abstinence nor education.

No, I said Camille Paglia talks about how much we supress masculinity and how it rares it's head out in ugly forms. One of the examples she uses is the rise of ISIS. I interpret the example as extreme physical outrage with a vanilla society and the need to feel passionate about something.

No, THEY live in a rape culture.
most people on this board think of societys problems and pretend as if we all suffer from them equally.
we dont.
your problems and the problems of a kid like Honey Badger are nothing alike. it is a completely different world. you occasionally read about the wide variety of threats they're under, whereas they live under them every minute of every day.
this applies to life in general; acting as if you understand something that you dont is genuinely dangerous. that applies here as well. not just for them but for you. you cant solve a problem that you know nothing about.

Way to parrot stupidity and get a few to bite, but instead of showing ignorance next time, do 15 seconds of research and realize your "opinion" is wrong.
Abortions continue to decrease every year
Millinials continue to be against abortion at higher numbers
Just because your generation was full of assholes and deviants doesn't make the next one the same.

Don't give that white guilt bullshite! My professional life is built around helping kids in the black community. I talk to them, I bring them home, I talk to their parents, I help educate them, I see where they live do positive things for them. Probably WAY more so than your liberal upper brow disposition ever fricking sniffed! Btw, i grew up poor. My conservative nature however, says that if we continue to finance poverty and single parent homes in America that the problem will only continue to get worse not better. shite, I'm pro-choice so that these people can better provide for one or two kids than get welfare money for 5-8 of them that no single parent could ever nurture correctly.
Btw, the Honey Badger went to St Aug's and had really successful foster patents from a young age, so why don't you stick to liberal talking points like how good of a candidate Hillary is!

I'd like to see a racial breakdown of those numbers....
Only for science of course.

All these stats simply boil down to science, education, and natural human progress.
