man that's awful.

You did remind me of a trip to Vegas I did with my wife's family.

Whatever I had, would basically make me feel terrible every time I ate. So once I had this figured out the trip wasn't so bad, but puking at 5AM before heading to the Grand Canyon isn't a blast. Essentially I'd have a few hours where I was fine, 5 bites into a meal feel terrible, rinse repeat. Just stopped eating.

Do you ever have anxiety issues? When I was a kid, I got sick on almost every vacation. Even now, I don't necessarily get sick but I'm in bed much earlier each night and my appetite is very small.. which sucks because I plan vacations around eating/drinking.

I'm just private.

Some people will travel to other cities where acquaintances live so that it's a "free" vacation, but I just can't get comfortable that way. I don't like imposing on others, I don't like having to ask people in the comforts of their home to accommodate me, etc. I want to come in at whatever time of night I want and wake up the next morning and poop in peace
