Trump's cabinet is the most conservative cabinet ever put together in American history, even more conservative than anything Reagan ever put together. He appointed a conservative justice in the mold of Scalia. He's instinctively non interventionist as he isn't jonesing for more war like Bush/McCain types are, he's the most pro oil and gas and fossil fuels president ever since Reagan, he's waging constant war against the EPA, Education, HUD and the entire administrative state that Bush and Nixon championed and Reagan tried to dismantle it, he is reducing foreign aid to 3rd world shitholes that Bush spent like a drunken sailor on, and his budget is a great negotiating point for sound fiscal policy and he's heavily more pro 2nd amendment than Bush ever was.
It's like the Heritage foundation is literally running this presidency.

I will need to come back to you on this. There is Rex Tillerson who I don't think is the most conservative. On the other hand he has Jeff fricking Sessions, who is the most "conservative" person I can possibly think of.
