Probably some, but they'll be exporting the Focus to the United States.

My understanding is no. These will be exported back to the US.

This.

Trump's complaint isn't that the plant was opening in Mexico, it's that the plant would be shipping vehicles into the US for sale. He's never complained about opening plants to serve those specific markets.
