quote:ok i did takt eh fuel supply line off the car while the pump was running and it gushed fuel out. there is a pressure valve right between that line and the carb. (I know that cause it was frozen and i couldnt start it once. it was just the little needle point was stuck.)
Could be as simple as a fuel filter.
You'd need to check fuel supply pressure to at least narrow down to either a vehicle problem or a carb problem.
Im stumped because it runs fine when i rev it up not underload but put it in gear and take off, it dies.

Well I'm assuming it just can't get enough fuel to run under load because that's usually what the issue is. If you've got good fuel supply to the carb then the issue would be the carb. Im no expert on carbs so someone else will need to chime in. I believe they have little vacuum boosters and shite in there and it could be a vacuum issue restricting fuel delivery.
