It's a workout board, there will be ball busting and different methods. People will disagree.

If I can't lift something because of my grip I'm not gonna lift It until I can grip it. Cause that is part of the deal of muscle training. Your lift with straps is not as impressive as the guy not using them. I'm sorry if that hurts your feelings

Meh. I use straps with anything over 405. I'm not limiting my back strength due to grip
