Cause a true legit test of strength is being able to hold on to the bar with your own grip. You don't think it'sess of a pull compared to someone that can do it without straps? You explain that to me bubba.

What do you consider as "your own grip?" Do you mean that you only do double overhand with no hook grip? Hook grip is not your grip strength.

Your grip strength has zero to do with your ability to drive through your heels and pull that bar up. I understand wanting strong hands (I do grip work too) but why limit my back and legs development if I don't have to. Your opinion isn't right or wrong, I just disagree.
