Genuinely interested in your thought process here. My deadlift PR is 585 at 37 years old and 230lbs. No way I could do that without straps, not even using hook grip. And I'm not dumb enough to pull that weight with a mixed grip. So please, how is it less of a pull? (It's not)

Cause a true legit test of strength is being able to hold on to the bar with your own grip. You don't think it'sess of a pull compared to someone that can do it without straps? You explain that to me bubba.

LE is huge on grip strength.
