It should be a ketogenic diet and not just a low carb diet. Protein is also glucogenic.

If I had cancer, I'd be on a keto diet first thing with about a 75f/20p/5c ratio. With carbs being green fibrous vegetables.

I don't see how cutting out antioxidants from your diet is a good thing if you have cancer.

Fruits (especially berries) are filled with antioxidants and should be eaten daily.

Being overweight is the bigger health risk.

You can eat fruits, vegetables and meat. It's all fine. Just don't eat so much that you get fat and put an increased load on your cardiovascular system.
