Dairy also isn't good for you, because of the amount of hormones that are in it. 78% of the world is Lactose intolerant for a reason. Consuming dairy after infancy is not a natural thing, it's just something that the Dairy farmers have pushed on the American Public.

I agree dairy isnt good for you, atleast in the form of todays dairy.

There's a new Documentary on Netflix called "What is Health", which draws the corellation between Meat and dairy, and cancer. All the meat we consume has some level of carcinogens in them.

Again corellation, not causation. DO research on how cancer survives, its by glucose. Also low quality meats that come from caged and grain fed animals due tend to be higher in carcinogens, same with preserved meats.

the poster above you is right though about acidity and too much meat can cause that. Grapefruit and blueberries do a great job of bringing down acid levels.

I actually agree with a med. style diet for cancer. But the fruits should be berries, berries only. Veggies should not be starchy and should be green fiborous veggies. Meat should be from grass fed, free range animals and should not have any preservatives. Uncured Bacon from properly cared for pigs, is a super food. Dairy should come from grass fed cows and should be limited really to a small amount of grass fed cheese or butter with ghee and brown butter for cooking along with olive oil and organic coconut oil. A small amount, very small, of cream from grass fed cows in coffee would be fine. Seafood should be wild caught.

Fats should come from the meats, high quality fish and krill oil pills and flaxseed pills along with the items above and lots of avocados.

Fast should make up over 50% of the diet, protein another 40% and green veggies should make up the rest with grapefutuit or blueberries taken in at a minimum every 3rd day.

Intermittent fasting should also be used as much as possible.

a perfect diet for health and cancer prevention would be something like below. This is just a sample but would be amazing for cholesterol benifits, heart health, cancer prevention, triglicerides, resting glucose and all other helath issues.

12pm- Lunch
smoothie with organic kale/baby spinach mixed with organinc blueberries with 1tbsp coconut oil

12oz grass fed steak with asparagus
3g fish oil
3g krill oil
1g flaxseed oil

6pm-Dinner with family
16oz wild caught salmon with zucheni
3g krill oil
1g flaxseed oil

8pm-snack
8 free range eggs omelet with veggies
3g fish oil
3g krill oil
1g flaxseed oil

another great way to do this would be to have 1 of the smoothies and 1 grape fruit from 12-8 and then feast at night with tons of food similar to the gladiators/warriors of the past. the warrior diet book has a ton of info on this type of fast/feast diet.
