Yes it's actually that good. It doesnt take long to get going, important shite happens in the very first scene.

About to start my 3rd rewatch. Worth it.

I think S1 was the best. Not my favorite, but the best. Reason being, S1 had no back story for viewers. It immediately grabbed our attention. The following seasons has the benefit of a back story.
Again, not my favorite, but most impressive imo. Can't go into more reasons why without spoilers.
