Right. It doesn't even matter if he was guilty for this to have been clearly great injustice. Everyone deserves a fair trial. This is a concession of modern civilized society that has been put in place so that when an innocent person is put on trial corners are not cut, faulty assumptions are not made, and an innocent person does not have his life taken away either by time spent in jail or execution.
Obviously chances of an innocent being falsely punished cannot be pushed to absolute zero, but a just and decent society attempts to get it as close there as it can with reasonable means as a point of principle. A just and decent individual supports this principle. And a person who isn't a fricking moron or a bigot can see clear as day that this just and decent principle was not upheld with the situation that is the subject of this thread.

73 Years Ago Today The State of South Carolina Executed a 14 Year Old Boy

Not saying he did it but what do you think is fair for murdering 2 girls with a railroad nail?
an actual investigation into their murder
I meant current times of a 14 year old boy who murdered two girls that were that age and was convicted. I was not talking what if's but the age of when you think it's OK to pull the trigger on a murderer.
Where do you draw the line with age? Pretty sure one of those sick fricks in the Columbine shootings was only 17.
Again this comes from I don't think we should execute 14 year olds. So my question is at what age is it ok to execute them?
