Considering LSU’s desperate attempts to find an elite quarterback in recent seasons, letting the state’s top prospect leave for TCU isn’t the best sign for Ed Orgeron’s LSU program.
Myles Brennan was one of the Top Ten HS QB's in the country and definitely in the "Elite" category.

At this point, LSU doesn't need anymore DT QB's who were the best "Athletes" on their HS team, but were basically glorified running backs.

They get to college and fall apart when trying to learn a much more complicated Offense that requires accurate passing, going through progressions, playbook knowledge and reading defenses.

Some make the transition, but many don't when having to do all that very quickly at an SEC/LSU level.

Semjase with more racism folk. If you think this kid is just a glorified running back, you obviously hasnt watched Justin Roger's film. Brennan's high school offense was a simple spread offense. It was filled with simple RPOs. The level of comp was equivalent to Louisiana 3A. But you're willing give him the benefit of the doubt. I wonder why??? QBs failing to make the transition to Power 5 level is just as likely amount non-DT QBs as DTs.
