Congrats! Down 4 pounds in ten days sounds pretty good for a Cat 1. I've never been below 15%, but I have been right at it. The closer I got, the less weight I lost - but you could really see a difference in even a few of pounds.
That's one bright side to being fat... I ate pretty well Father's Day and even drank a few beers. I only allowed myself a 4 hour window for the day and still managed to loose. Just had to check this morning and was down 12 pounds for day nine.

Will post results soon. I hate to post pics but it's a great way to actually show what this diet did in a short time for me.
