Nothing to do with oppression. Just take a hard long look at that picture with her and her friends. If that is considered "fat" then I don't have anything else to say.

Based on the BMIs of people I see in clinic I would say it's pretty a pretty accurate measure for the majority of people especially once u start getting around the 35 mark.

Well, it's generally not considered fat. But think about that in context.
