That's fine, but those Lakers teams don't sniff any titles without magic.

I disagree there Peej. The Lakers had some real talent besides Magic and the West was basically them. The Rockets was 2 time West Champions but it took the series of a lifetime from the Twin Towers.

Suns, Kings, Blazers were terrible
Spurs were ehh
Sonics were okay
Nuggets just ran up and down

The Lakers were it. Mavericks were a challenger until Tarpley went stupid nose candy route.

You are aware Kareem led the Lakers with 32-12-3 in the 80 playoffs, 33-14-3-5 blocks in the 80 Finals, won the 85 Finals MVP and led the Lakers to the NBA playoffs the 3 seasons prior to Magic's acquisition, right? Just making sure this is all established.
