It's completely accurate. What affected how people voted were the actions of the DNC itself.
Was that uncovered by the Russians? Yes. Did the Russians cause it? No.

They hacked hundreds of governmental organizations and NGOs, spread fake news and propaganda online. The information that came out due to hacks certainly affected some people. It's insane not to think otherwise.
Moreover, had they hacked and released emails from the RNC and NRCC I'm and 100% that there'd be shady exchanges that would have also affected how people voted.
