Franz Borghardt, a criminal defense attorney, is the co-chair of the group along with Marcelle. If her proposed changes remain in the resolution, he'd be cut from the body. Borghardt said he was blindsided by the change – having received no prior word it was happening – and puzzled that Marcelle would pursue it.
