I've seen suburbs of Hattiesburg nicer than any I've seen in Baton Rouge.
Rankin County on the Reservoir is nicer too, imo.

Agreed. Petal, MS isn't bad at all. Hattiesburg has a lot going for itself. You think they'll keep growing? USM is there too which helps
