I'd say Lucroy either way. I just don't see him being a big enough improvement over Chirinos to keep around if an offer in good enough.
Darvish is a bit trickier. I don't see this team winning the World Series either way this year (obviously), and if Darvish doesn't sign an extension before the deadline, trading him seems like the best long term option.
