Ok. My bad. 67% won't report to authorities in arguably one of the most liberal Muslim congregations on the planet and after 3 generations of cultural integration.
What about this shows promise of change and sound foreign policy to allow Muslim refugees from far less liberal areas of the world?

No. Reports were not from Muslims. Coworkers and such made those calls. Media wrote the articles to make it seem that way without actually saying that.
