Eh I thought about it, but.....
1. New transfer thread is up
2. We've already made a signing and another one is awaiting confirmation, just a matter of time
3. I'm bored.

First page.
4th reply.
SCH still has two replies in the Citeh season long thread.
God Bless America
And I ain't forgot about the Sonic...
Can't believe Zaba was "only" making 90k/week. He must have taken a pay cut along the way?

Gabriel Jesus breaks his eye socket in a friendly v. Argentina @ Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Surely he will rise again.

Good stuff, I didn't want to see him go. Wonder want his wages are like.

If I had to guess, this means he'll be our fourth choice CB and I wouldn't expect to see us bring anyone in this window.

Think he goes on loan? If we're looking for 4 fullbacks then that means Kolarov is likely shifted centrally. Vinnie, Stones, Otamendi, and Kolarov. When Kompany goes down he's probably 4th choice.

I don't think there is any chance in hell Tosin goes on loan. He was reportedly not going to resign if he wasn't in the plans for the first team.
Now maybe it's changed, but I know a month or two ago there was growing concern he was going to leave on a free because career had stagnated.

quote:You think his career is going to improve by playing once a month as the 4th choice CB? He needs a loan to a team that will give him lots of minutes. Send him off to Man City Girona with Maffeo.
because career had stagnated.
Or they could send him to NAC Breda. His brother plays for them. He could learn how to defend for a team that doesn't play defense. Invaluable experience for his return to City.

I mean lets be honest, Kompany isn't going to stay healthy all season and either Otamendi or Stones aren't going to be available every match once that happens.

He's not, but you still have Kolarov who wasn't terrible there. Even then, you're banking on Kompany being injured (yes, I know) and Pep going with a guy with virtually ZERO PL experience over Kolarov, a guy he trusted. THAT just to get him as 3rd choice.

Yeah makes sense lol.
I guess if he's going on loan City just upped his wages 100% or something
