Bailey, didn't forget about your question. Honestly your biggest thing is mental. But i would not do the program you linked. Try doing mutiple sets of jumping pullups and go slow on the negative. Try doing five reps per set. At least 4 sets per day, preferred to be spread out

No problem, appreciate the feedback regardless.. Can’t do frequency method sets spread throughout day but are you at least recommending at least doing the negatives 5-6 x a week. You said 5 negatives per set for 4 sets, so do 20 negatives each evening? How much rest can I allow myself between each negative? 20 seems high so would have to work up to it, most negatives at a time has been 8

Checking in after 3 weeks. I'm really enjoying the workouts and I am definitely noticing some small changes.

My main struggle is getting in the bw stuff during the day. I work in an office (wear coat and slacks) so it's out of the question while I'm at work. I am trying to get in a bunch of pull ups and push ups on my non-lift days (when I also train BJJ)
