Does anyone know if the Mardi Gras Pass is navigable in a 22 ft bay boat?

Yes, but be careful. It's like white water rafting when the river is high. There's also a good bit of trash and debris that's log jammed throughout so just be careful.

You would do just as well trailering your boat all the way to Grand Isle if that's what you have in mind. I have to imagine running from Delacroix to Grand Isle would be at least a 2.5hr boat ride on a good day.
