Don't worry baw. The sun will come out tomorrow. Tomorrow.
Looks like we'll get 3 good days of sunshine before another week of rain!

What do you do with all of that?
My little 16 X 18 garden makes more than I can handle. I don't know what I would do with that much.
ETA: That's a heck of a crop

I will do a lot of canning tomorrow. I'll get that much again by Sunday or so. Plus should start to dry out. They aren't setting new Blooms though. Getting close to playing out.

My tomatoes are still blowin and goin. But my cucumbers are just about done. I've made a crap load of pickles though. I'm already planning for next year.

I came home to eat lunch and looked at my cherry tomato plants knowing there would be bugs on them after all this rain. I had two caterpillars that had eaten an entire 2' section since this morning. Ive never seen a caterpillar this big - one of those bastards was the size of a hot dog. He is now in half and the plants have 7dust all over them.

Post apocalyptic rain event garden update.
Did a little video of the garden just for shits and giggles.

Your voice on that video made me a little homesick and makes me question why I did not marry a Louisiana boy instead of a damn yankee.

Picked these mostly creoles today. A few Roma and Cherokee purple. Just find its better to pick a bit early and let them ripen on the bar than splitting on the vines.
