I'm aware.

I'm for the right for private citizens to discriminate when it comes to their property.

Then like I said above, don't use the publically funded roads, fire department, and police department.

Agreed

Especially when the law only makes it illegal to discriminate for certain reasons.

Want to discriminate against redheads (and really who doesn't discriminate against redheads?) that's fine, they are not "protected"

That's a blatant violation of the 14th Amendment since it obviously does not give equal protection to all
