Sounds like you'll only have 3 Them if all of the eggs were set at the same time. There is a shite ton of things to go wrong during incubation, too hot, too cold, low humidity, high humidity, not turned enough etc. The best thing to do is performed what Is called a hatch residue. Candle the eggs to make sure none of them are xploders (these will be completely black and feel heavy when you candle them). Then break the rest open and see how developed the embryos are. This will tell you if they were early, mid or late dead depending on how much development. Then you can determine some probable causes.
