I give em about 4 days after. My hatch usually runs a day ahead of schedule. Your temp was consistent? No kids opening/closing incubator? Egg Turner stayed on until lockdown? Humidity is very important as well.

Well.. no egg turner so we had to open it a few times a day to turn eggs..
