I always love trashy libs calling GWB an idiot.
He only graduated from Harvard AND Yale, flew fighter jets, started an oil company, owned an MLB franchise, was governor of Texas and President of the United States of America for 2 terms.
That's all.
Not bad for an idiot.
What's your resume', trashy leftist?

"As a Republican"
Why are board liberals so afraid to admit their leanings?

It amazes me how many times this is said on this board when every study says just the opposite.
2/3 of the responses by cons on here are either "you're a dumb arse" or .

I'd love to see the studies regarding political identity you are referring to in which the intelligence of a large sample group was established on an individual basis rather than using an abstract, non-linear standard by which to establish intelligence. I'm assuming those are the studies you are referring to.

All of those people are wildly more successful than you will ever be.

I assume you are referring to studies that involve level of education rather than anything that actually involves the measuring of intelligence. Is it your stance that level of education is a reliable indicator of individual intelligence?
One could take those same data points from those studies and theoretically make the findings of the study that the more amount of time a person spends in post secondary education, the more likely the person is to have left leaning views, suggesting that the monolithic ideology on most university campuses is serving as a corrupting influence.
See how that works?

How far would he have gone if he wasn't Bush II ?

Never saw this one coming. You really threw me a curve ball. I wasn't waiting on it at all. Not the least bit predictable.
I'm not denying that coming from the Bush family wasn't some help, but they didn't do his course work at Harvard and Yale. They also didn't fly jets for him. They also didn't buy the votes of Texas and then the entire country twice.
Nice try.

Then why is it that the more government indoctrination and social engineering you receive the more liberal you become?

Off teleprompter Obama is the clear winner.

I would never waste a curve ball on you.
Bush never would have gotten into Yale or flight school without a little "help".
He won the governorship because he (with some "help") bamboozled the city of Arlington into building the Rangers a brand new ballpark.
He won the presidency for the same reason Trump did -- his opponent.

Your mom wasn't able to formulate any intelligent sentences when I PIIHB.... she just sort of moaned and said , "Yes! Faster!"

Sounds to me like the Democrats have a long history of putting up very poor candidates.
