When I am doing 250 m intervals, I can easily do a pace of around 1:25 per 500m. I just run out of gas on a 2k. 2k isn't very long, but it is long enough to where it gets tough. It is one of the best measures of endurance IMO.

A 6:30 2k and lower is fantastic. The average for the world on the concept2 site, for my age group (19-29) is 7:24

I rowed a half marathon, I believe it took me about 1 hr and 27 min. And I didn't stop once. Never will I do that bullshite again.

HOLY shite!!! I could never do that. 5k is the longest I have ever done and that was enough to make me feel like death.

I am below 7:24 but not by as much as I thought. My problem is my form gets really loose if I am not balls to the wall on it.
