I am naturally strong, but I really don't care about that. I am trying to look the best I can. I clean and jerk around 255-265, so I'm not weak or anything like that.
I'm currently about 215-218lbs, and I am 6'2. I am looking to get to around 200 or so. I was 210 last summer and looked pretty ripped up. 200 would likely be perfect for me.
Other goals:
2k row in under 6:50 and keep getting better at rowing. Running a mile in under 6:45 would be nice as well, that is my best time.

I really want to get my 2k down to under 6:30 on the rower. But I aint running a damn mile unless I am being chased by a fricking dog Military ruined me on running.
