Goal 1: Get into the 1,000lbs club
Goal 2: Get comfortable by getting down to a lean 205.
Goal 3: Become flexible enough that I don't have to use 10lb plates under my heels for squats.


I got down to 208 then blew back up to 220 after accepting carbs back into my life.

From my experience. Getting to 1000 lbs is usually about your form over how strong you are.
