Goals for this year:
Back squat 350
Clean 275
Front squat 275
Become flexible enough to land a high kick with ease
Get better at kickboxing - endurance, speed, combinations, flexibility, power

Appearance Short term goal is to get down to 8% BF by second week of July. Got a plan just got to finish it off.
Health short term goal is to get hdl up a ton and ldl down quite a bit by end of September. Gonna do strict whole 30 with no fruit and added fish and krill oil after July vacation to make this happen.
Strength goals by next summer are
Squat-2xs BW
Press-200
Bench-1.5x BW
Dead-2.5x BW
Clean-1.5xBW
Also by the end of the year i would like to complete 3 of the greyskull villain challenges
100 burpees in 5 min
100 push-ups in 2 min
20 dead hang chin ups with BW+20lbs
