Gaining 10 lbs isn't hard. Yea for sure he ate a lot and is likely stronger.

which is a good thing if he has to be more physical, no?

That denver game told many people how him being stronger would be ideal if he's to be a #1 receiver. he got pushed around quite a bit vs physical lb/dbs all year. he's going to be matched up with them year round now and if it helps his physicality, than its worth losing the slight speed he may have lost otherwise.

Gaining 10 lbs of good weight in 5 months is near impossibile

It is and I'm sure he gained fat with it, but say it was 7lbs of muscle and 3lbs of fat, the offset is worth it no?

he was listed at 212 and finished the season at 210. now he's at 220, chances are he's going to dip down from that number by season start considering most naturally fit players with good eating habits have a hard time keeping the weight over a season. If the change is good weight, it shouldn't affect his speed to be a detriment. Last year, when you watch him going over the middle, he looked skinny (especially his legs). Him adding a little bit isn't a bad thing, him gaining 30+ and becoming Eddie Lacy/Kelvin Benjamin is problematic.
