I appreciate the sentiment....even agree with it, but I will feel for the owner when the local guys he hires (whether they be black or whie) start coming in late, or are stoned on something while at work, fricking up orders and doing a shite job. The one thing I can say about the Hispanic guys...illegal or otherwise, they DO work and generally do a good job.

You realize that a large percentage of servers & food workers are stoned at work, right? It doesn't keep them from doing their job. If that bothers you, then you should just never eat out. Every server I have ever known has smoked weed. There's a reason why restaurants never drug test.
As Fat Mike says, "You have to go to work high if you get paid low."
