So how do we pick and choose which students are too disabled to educate? Some students with disabilities can actually go on to live a productive life after school, even attend college. How will you tell the parent your child is too disabled to spend educational resources on?

Can you name one school that has refused to educate a child for being disabled? You are angry because the christian school would not accept homosexuals or transgendered people. Why can't liberals quit hiding behind their moral superiority and just say what they mean?

She was asked that question and sidestepped the question.

Any such school that receives ANY federal funding would find themselves in big trouble if they did so.

Literally by law, if a family showed up and said "our child requires $10M a year in medical assistance from the school" that school would have to accept that child and come up with the money, even if it meant ZERO resources for other students.

That's just not right.

I could name hundreds. My wife is a special education attorney and sues schools for not properly education children with special needs. Shoving them all in a special education classroom with a gym teacher watching movies on a laptop is not education.

These schools do literally refuse to educate the kids. They simply house them.
