It's that one AFC championship game.

24-7 for football's deadball era was an arse-whooping.

The year before Pittsburgh beat Raiders 16-10 in the AFC championship game.

Then in 1977 Denver beat the Raiders 20-17.

1972 Dolphins over the Steelers in the AFC Championship game 21-17.

Steelers were never in that game despite people thinking 24-7 today isn't that difficult a hill to climb. Teams didn't score in a minute or two, it wasn't basketball on grass.

I know what football was like in the 70's. I am not that young. I just did not look far enough and replied to a certain portion.

Football will most likely get back to that form also, as things run in cycles.
