Used to do DC. Had no problem with it, except the widow maker squats. Those are brutal.
Will probably rotate back through to it, but I find I change my setup up about once every 6 months or so to keep myself mentally engaged.

try the greyskull powerbuilding program then. ALso dr scott stevenson who was/is the #1 dc trainer outside of daunte himself wrote a new book and program called fortitude training that has many of the same principles but is a little less intense and has more volume.
