The ROK would wipe the floor with NorKo arse alone. But that's irrelevant. The U.S. military will be right along side of our ROK brothers whippin NorKo arse. Is the conflict imminent? No, but I do think it is inevitable and it's a fight that is just and needed to free the innocent people of N.K.

A united, free Korea would be a great thing as long as diplomacy with China was treated with the utmost care.

I was responding to a hypothetical that will not happen. Japan and SKorea would never go at it alone against NKorea. The ROK would win but you honestly think they could go at it alone with out suffering massive casualties? That is what I meant by capable.

The stakes were far different. Its not a question of losing a war with NKorea. Its the cost.
