Why does it have to be the US? Because he's mouthing off saying he's working towards hitting us with a nuke. Nuff said.

I'm just guessing we may be the only country that could pull off a strike that will be so complex. I imagine taking out the required targets and keeping them from retaliating against SKorea and possibly Japan is going to be extremely difficult.
