Clearly, it is better to be a 1 seed in the NCAA than NOT....

This stat doesn't seem to support that argument.
Numbers are hard...

Every year, there are 8 national seeds. And every year, there are 56 non-national seeds. You have a MUCH higher chance of going to Omaha as part of that group of 8. And it's not fricking close.

Broski-

First, any idiot knows that answer including you...that you asked that question makes you look like a total douche. I simply wanted some information from the Board...hence my 50th post in 10 years lol

I have some colleagues in Vegas that do a 64 team baseball draft and and pony up $3,000 per team 8 teams a piece. Winner takes all.

I don't care what the guy last week posted or what other 25,000 posts you made...I just wanted some info that I assumed the die hards had already and the NCAA simply doesn't post a ton of info (that i could find easily)

Now, to answer your question to make you feel superior, "Yes! I think it is better for a team to have home field advantage".

Now riddle me this Broski "Can you further elaborate on the 48.75% National seeds advancing to the CWS? Because albeit small. that seems to contradict your smart arse question and my "simpleton" answer of "Yes"
