You really do have to attack this problem in mid February. Pre emergent is a huge help. I've used weed free zone with success, but I believe your 3rd pic is something that my parents had which was not cured with WFZ. Actually had to go to the local LSU Ag center's co-op extension office and get some guidance. The recommended Celcius which worked. Not saying that will cure your issue, but looking up your local co-op and giving them a call might be useful. Free advice and they may just need you to shoot an email with pictures.
